I did some googeling on Polytechnic West and find that you are in Perth. I suppose that now you are going into a hot period and the need for the skills of your students is great. Do they easily find jobs?
The students already have jobs. They sign a contract with their employer to get the theory training at our college. the theory training is reinforced with practical tasks.
