How much time are students spending in work place training , like what we call APU? what things are better to train outside school? Is it difficult to get good trainings places?
Daniel, maybe a little ;) When it is twelve teenager which had practice in the classroom a whole day it is a lot of wire clippings on the floor. We usually clen up in the end of the day, but I think I always go and pick up some trash from the students.
Ingemar. Our students is practice om a electric company for at least 80-90 days in second and third grade. If you are at a company and do some electric work it will be more properly. The things that they have mounted will remain and be used. In school they have to dismantles all things when they are finished. It´s actually a pretty big job for me to arrange good companys for the students. The companys have either to much or too little to do to take a student.
Ingemar by the way. It´s a new school reform now in Sweden (GY11) so the name on the students work place training is APL and not APU as it was previously.
