Am i right in saying that all students do much time learning time at you premises? what about doing work place training, do you have that?
These students are apprentices. They are learning a craft. They spend 4 days a week working with an employer to learn the practical parts of the job and one day a week with me learning the theory behind the work.
Are your students typical "practical workers" or do they like the theory as well?
