Computer

Hello everyone!

My name is Helena Klouda and I am a teacher at the Strömstad Gymnasium in Sweden, I have been worked as a computer teacher for a couple of years. I teach webbdesign, databases and basic computer knowledge.

Here is a picture of the front view of Strömstad Gymnasium. There are about 400 students. They are between 16 and 18 years old.

This is a picture of my way from work, nice?

  1. Hi Helena

The picture of your travel to work makes me feel like shivering as it is summer here in Perth.

I have a question for you. Is there any entry requirements for your students to enter your course, like the completion of a certain level of schooling?

  2. Hi Steve!
In a way I can answer both yes and no to the question about entry requirements. Yes, to get into the right program choice, they must meet certain criteria, but just for my courses that begin the second and third years, so it is not necessary. You can choose between a single course, like webdesign or an entire program like computer or Electronic. Motivation and interest is a good start :)

  5. Hi Helena, do most of the students that complete this training get jobs in the industry? Regards, Glen
